影片讲述了知名心理学教授叶远东受女演员安雅之托，携助手前往神秘的郊外别墅，参加关于催眠的剧本会，却意外被卷入一场迷局……。本片源自动画短片《痴鸡小队》，主要讲述了赵宇、夏青、张伟、代小齐四个年轻人因为对电竞的热爱阴差阳错组成“痴鸡小队”，刚刚组建的队伍缺乏默契，历经坎坷，他们开始了全国锦标赛的历程，但是比赛期间对手王龙设计针对他们，他们能否获得冠军也成了未知。。After a bunch of thieves are sent out to hunt urban legends, they steal the gold of a leprechaun. Soon, they will realise the price they must pay for stealing the leprechaun's gold.。
