“江湖女骗子”白娜与“小镇憨憨男”方耀东在船上不打不相识，谁料冤家路窄白娜阴差阳错竟被当成方耀东媳妇，受到方家人的热情款待。而方耀东为了戳穿白娜谎言、赢回家人信任，与白娜斗智斗勇惹出笑料不断，家庭保卫战一触即发，“女骗子”与“男憨憨”高手过招会如何相爱相杀？。动画版将沿用游戏中的世界观，在一个名为“Master of Epic”的舞台上，4种不同种族的角色遇到各种各样不同挑战。不同于以往的作品只是讲述某个故事，该动画的每一话中都会出现7、8个CORNER从而展开主人公们的大冒险旅程，同时给人一种有趣好笑或是温馨感觉的多种多样的奇妙故事。另外，游戏曾经出现过的一些经典人物、种族也会相继登场。。Eileen is 22 and is smarting from her breakup with Russ.
