Seeking to change the rules, led by new faces, driven by their values and ideals, they open a new dialogue, challenge the state and are getting ready for a new kind of revolution.。讲述了在1938年，日本鬼子执行秘密任务的一支军队挺身进驻我北方商贸重镇白巷里，一时间在白巷里掀起一股腥风血雨，镇上百姓人人自危，我八路军为粉碎敌人的阴谋，派出代号为秃鹰和鸽子的谍报人员先后潜入白巷里的故事……。备长炭（野中蓝 配音）是一个身材娇小的蓝发少女，身着传统和服的她独自一人居住在林中的老屋之中。虽然独自生活有时会觉得孤独，但个性单纯开朗又勤劳的备长炭还是决定好好的珍惜每一天的时光。 好在孤独的日子不算太久，很快，备长炭的身边就聚集了一群同样可爱的朋友们，她还让出生在深宅大院的栎炭（野川樱 配音）明白了自己的命运应该由自己来掌控的道理。除此之外，胆小但聪明的竹炭（门胁舞 配音），其妹竹林（福圆美里 配音），天然呆桉树炭（中原麻衣 配音），无论哪方面看来都十分普通的芦荟（斋藤桃子 配音）还有傲娇可爱的莲炭（佐藤利奈 配音），她们都将备长炭看做自己不可缺少的朋友。在深林小屋中，备长炭快乐一天又开始了。。
