A personal essay about motherhood, grieving and transgender masculinity.。乌龙山村民周正平与黄小花相爱，两家族长辈反对。一次村民大会上，前来报恩的马总提出要举办乡村电影节可以招商引资，解决村里青壮年的就业问题，同时借机调和两族矛盾。 两个家族出于荣誉，都想拍出最好的电影，于是各自开始组织筹备，也各种手段阻挠对方。然后双方在一步一步地克服困难，完成拍摄的时候，黄小花却发生了意外。双方互相指责，却又一起解决，究竟二人能否终成眷属？电影节又是否能顺利完成呢？。
