看似柔弱实则武力值满满的三流大学毕业生卢恩雪（崔江熙 饰）应聘了多家公司都以失败告终，但一向乐观且勇往直前的恩雪最终迎来了大财团老板秘书一职。虽然是临时的秘书，但恩雪还是非常开心且期待新工作和新生活。而那一边，恩雪服务的老板却是个看似极其不靠谱的车志宪（池城 饰），外表出众能力不凡的志宪对待工作却极其敷衍，绯闻不断的他对新秘书恩雪提出了各种不着边际的苛刻要求，但恩雪居然都一一完成，这让志宪对恩雪刮目相看。而那一边，具有绅士风范能力超群的志宪堂兄弟车武元（金在中 饰）却一直对恩雪关照有加，得到了恩雪的好感。 恩雪在职场努力奋斗的同时，和志宪及武元的关系也愈发微妙起来……。A story about the 8 time Tony Award-winning director, choreographer, and cinematographer Bob Fosse which focuses on some of the gray areas of his life and his self-destructive side.
