2019年是中葡建交40周年，也是澳门回归20周年。为此，央视动漫和葡萄牙合作方联合创作了以我国国宝卡通形象“熊猫和和”，以及葡萄牙深受欢迎的吉祥动物“大公鸡”为主角的大型动画系列片《熊猫和卢塔》。央视动漫先后与捷克、新西兰、俄罗斯等国联合制作了《熊猫和小鼹鼠》、《熊猫和奇异鸟》、《熊猫和开心球》等品质优秀的动画作品，致力于打造“熊猫”系列的国际动画品牌。相对于以往的“熊猫”系列，《熊猫和卢塔》着力打造以“中葡”友谊为主题的动画新品牌。本片讲述了熊猫和和将树屋改造成了舒适的民宿，招待四方来客的故事。来自葡萄牙的公鸡卢塔为了实现爷爷的愿望，一路来到中国。和和对卢塔十分热情，照顾周到，这让一路跋山涉水走到中国的卢塔感受到久违的家的感觉。卢塔在树屋发现了爷爷曾经到访这里的线索。因为要继续探寻，也因为和和的热情好客，卢塔留了下来，两个小伙伴一边寻找卢塔爷爷“最珍贵的东西”，一边帮助来往借宿的小动物们解决各式各样的问题。。An insane man first loves then grows to hate his neighbor, an old man whose penetrating gaze unnerves the insane man.
