When he was about to live a new life from meeting Eom So Hyun, he ran into Im Hak Chon by chance, the murderer of his son.。两个在性格、教育背景、出生背景、思想都完全背道而驰的青年男子，住在一间旧楼里，因而产生的冲突。 张少南(任达华)是个大学生，因父母均居于加拿大，自己住在大学宿舍，但与舍监争吵，要迁去姑妈拥有的一层旧楼。但该单位由黑社会人马阿龙(周润发)居住多年，每月只交几十元租金。 少南迁入后，常被阿龙之生活方式干扰，少南出尽方法要阿龙迁走，于是二人不断斗智。但在斗智期间，反而产生一种惺惺相惜的感情。本剧的趣味性就在于二人半友半敌之感情、生活细节上的冲突，以及二人后来企图沟通而尝试进入对方生活圈子，继而产生极多有趣情节。。老前辈麦克留下遗言：要求鲁邦在7天内把麦克职业生涯中偷到的几件有趣的宝物物归原处，回报是一颗关联着更大宝物的钻石…… 本作是鲁邦三世动画系列第15部TVsp，于2003年8月1日播送。。
