为了击碎天外飞石需要齐聚八仙之力，但铁拐李被巨石摧毁肉身，得重新修炼。轮回为人的铁拐李在飘香院与沈玉芳私定终身，又因为与周文结仇为求报复去寻仙问道。李玄起初心性不定，急于求成，得太上老君传授元神出窍之术，顺利击败了周文。哪料元神出窍后，肉身竟被书童阿贵焚烧，最后无身返魂，只能附身在路边一个跛子乞丐身上，亲人见面不相识，他尝尽人生酸甜苦辣，大彻大悟。倒是与发现他是李玄却仍旧深爱他的沈玉芳厮守到老后。李玄终成正果，回归八仙！。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
