北宋年间，丐帮帮主乔峰英雄侠义，受武林拥戴，却突遭指认为契丹人而众叛亲离。追寻身世，寻找仇人途中，乔峰与慕容家婢女阿朱相识相知，情愫互生。二人历经聚贤庄、雁门关、镜湖风波，直至阿朱因马夫人设计被乔峰错杀，乔峰终查出一切皆是慕容复为复辟燕国的阴谋，乔峰手刃慕容复，随后带着阿朱的遗愿孤身前往塞外。。为了将家人从高利贷地狱中解救出来，少女高野兰子（古畑星夏饰）自愿参加了人狼游戏。游戏规定，参赛者中有两个人狼混入，其他均为村民。每晚8点时，所有参赛者投票选出他们认为的人狼，得票最多者即遭到处死。深夜0点~2点期间，人狼展开行动，可以杀害一名他选中的村民。有所不同的是，这次的参赛者似乎都是以往游戏中的胜出者。而此次游戏更追加了“丘比特”和“恋人”两个角色设定。兰子偏偏得到了“人狼”和“恋人”的角色，她全力以赴朝着终极目标前进……。After Sam and Diane's admission of mutual attraction and their passionate embrace and kiss, where do they take it next?
