《外滩警事》是由上海《东方剑》文学杂志社策划、编写，联合社会第三方摄制的当代都市题材警察故事。该剧以上海优秀社区民警帮助和服务群众的近千个真实案例为蓝本，以老警长马兴国、副警长陆毅不断培养和摔打3名新警为主线，塑造了上海公安“外滩警务组”新、老民警面对社会的迅猛发展和变化能够直面挫折、敢于突破自我、善于疏堵导流的当代警察新形象，将85后、90后年青一代乐于尝试、善于合作、敢于担当的开拓精神完美展现。。A rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photo journalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.。该剧根据墨书白小说《长公主》改编。故事中，大夏朝的长公主李蓉（赵今麦饰）与当朝首辅裴文宣（张凌赫饰）梦回华年，由仇人变闺蜜，闺蜜变成有情人。他们彼此信赖，彼此成全，终于破镜重圆，一起搞事业，一起发现真相，一起发现爱。。
