It follows four young men, driven by their respective troubles and torment, who decide to sell their bodies for sex.。幼时的张平和张安，跟着妈妈王凤霞卖鱼为生，但却总因王凤霞手臂上的疤痕导致被人误解有传染病，以致生活艰难。因为张安从小过敏，张平认为妈妈总是偏心更爱弟弟，心生嫉妒，在和张安争吵中，意外导致张安掉落山下，不知所踪。。
