He decides to takeback control of his life after a bad patch, but he notices with bitterness thatthose he abandoned along the way are not ready to welcome him with open arms.While the demons from the past come knocking at his door, a chance encounter onthe Internet will change the course of his life.。歌舞伎世家音羽屋第六代传人尾上菊之助苦恼万分，父亲菊五郎对他的演艺功底大为不满，耻于称其为自己的传人，师兄弟和观众们也对他的评价颇差。然而这些人又都当面奉承，虚情假意。周围只有女佣阿德敢于当面指出菊之助的不足，并真心希望他的表演能不断精进。阿德的诚实令菊之助大为感动，心中视其为难得的知己。。故事描述在颐和酒店一班员工的点点滴滴，当中有很多同事间的友情，同事也有很多私心的存在，特别是经理马仁凡和服务员天生之间。一天，一位新员工Iva的加入，改变了全体员工。Iva的天真活泼和对人的友善，不但赢来了马经理的欢心，同时也和天生发生了一段暧昧的感情。就连一向沉默寡言的小鱼也成了Iva的好友。。
